What to Expect on Sundays
Here's what a typical Sunday morning looks like in 5 steps.
Arrive
Friendly greeters will meet you and direct you to the auditorium, classrooms, or nurseries. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have during your visit.
9:30 AM – Sunday School
During this hour, we study God’s Word together in classroom and small group settings. Classes are available for all age groups, providing opportunities for fellowship and spiritual enrichment as we grow in our knowledge of God. Nursery is provided.
10:15 AM – Corporate Prayer Time in Sunday School classrooms and Auditorium
11:00 AM – Morning Worship Service
Our morning service emphasizes clear, practical, expositional preaching, congregational singing, and worship of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The morning service lasts about an hour and thirty minutes. Nursery is provided as well as Jr. Church for children through seven years old.
Have Kids?
We want you to be confident that your children are well cared for during each of our services. We provide a fully-staffed nursery and age-specific classes for children.
Supervised nurseries are available during Sunday School and the Morning Service, freeing parents to worship, receive instruction from God’s Word, and participate in ministry while feeling confident that their children’s needs are met.
Children’s classes are designed to teach children the truths of God’s Word using age-appropriate stories, songs, and activities.
Singing
We love to glorify God together at Bethel Baptist Church. One way we do that is through singing. We hope that you will find an atmosphere where you and your family can experience God and join in worshiping Him together. You can expect a variety of worshipful songs that reflect the rich truths of God’s character and plan of redemption.
Bible Teaching
We believe that the preaching of God’s Word is the most important part of our Sunday service. It is essential to our relationship with God, our growth in Him, and our living through every season of life. The Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God and every part of it points us to Jesus. We love God’s Word and take it seriously. You can expect to hear Bible teaching every week that is applicable to everyday life.

Getting to know people, building relationships, and finding your place can be a bit daunting. Our Welcome Center is designed to help you get started. Join us after the service so that we can answer any questions you have.
